Additionally, the Company fetches data from render.com APIs, processes, saves, and runs analytical queries on this data. You acknowledge and agree that the use of these services is at your own risk.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account. You agree to promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. DATA USAGE

   The Company provides access to certain data, including metrics, monitors, and incidents, as part of its services. You are solely responsible for the use, security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to this data.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

   Users may utilize third-party integrations for reporting and notifications within the services. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of these third-party services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.

7. TERMINATION

   The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
